Cyprus Airways

In the shadow of the world economic recession and intensified competition, Cyprus Airways proceeded in 2009/2011/2012 with the implementation of measures intended on the one hand to upgrade the quality of services offered to passengers and on the other hand to increase productivity and efficiency.

New airplanes – a breath of fresh air for the Company. Cyprus Airways has renewed its fleet as follows: new Α319 was delivered in November 2008. Two A320, one of which brand new, were delivered in February 2010. An A320 is delivered in June 2010.

Agreements were signed for the long term lease (eight years) of three more A320 aircraft. One is delivered in November 2010 and the other two in February 2011.
